This is what I know about why Pluto is no longer a planet. I know that the scienctists said it was to far away from the sun. And I also think that its not a planet because it is too cold.
These are the questions I want to know about why Pluto is not a planet. Did the scienctists know along that it was not really a planet?
This information would be helpful because if I wanted to tell someone about Pluto and how its not a planet then I could tell them. If when I grow up and I become a science teacher and we would study the planets then I could tell me students and why its not a planet.

After a year of observations, Tombaugh finally discovered an object in the right orbit, and declared that he had discovered Planet X.

Pluto is not a planet because it is way too small, and it doesn't meet the necessary requirement needed to be a planet.

Why did they just now change it to a dwarf planet?

Why I think Pluto is not a planet anymore is because some scentists found some more (rocks) in space that were the same size as Pluto. So they took Pluto off the planet list.
What I want to know is why they took Pluto off the planet list? Just because there are (rocks) in space that are the same size as Pluto dosen't mean it is not a planet. I still consider Pluto a planet do you?
The reason I want to know this is because it is kinda cool and if I become a scientists and study space I will need to know this.

2) I want to know why scientists all of the sudden got rid of the idea of Pluto being a planet. Is Pluto not important?

3) I need to know why because I think that Pluto should still be considered a planet.
