I think velocity is how fast your going down a hill because the velocity pulls you down. And speed is how fast you will go.

i dont really know the diffrence between velocity and speed, but im going to take a guess. i think that the diffrence between seed and velocity is,speed is how fast something is going and veloctiy is comparing the distance and mph that something goes.thats what i think the diffrrence between speed and velocity is.

1-The difference between speed and velocity is that velocity is speed with a direction vector associated with it. It's that direction vector that makes them different.

The difference between speed and velocity is that velocity occurs when a speeding object goes in a certain direction, and speed is the general quickness of a moving object. I want to know what the maximum velocity of any vehicle and what the maximum speed is of any vehicle. This will help me in the future by deciding what speed isoptimal for driving conditions.
