NO!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE LEAVES PRODUCE OXYGEN BY ABSORBING SUNLIGHT, PHOTOSPHINSES.
I like to learn how photophinises work.
We need to know it so when oxygen is low, we will take action by saving trees.

i think trees will produce oxygen if there leafless because the oxygen is on the inside of the tree with all the nutrition.
we need to learn about the trees and nature becuase some people abuse nature and this keeps happening we wont have any trees for oxygen.
the future needs trees or they will die the end.

Yes, the cells inside the tree would use carbon dioxide and all those nice things to produce oxygenand food, the plant may not have leaves at all and it would still produce oxygen. In fall, the plant would have stored all of its necessary nutrients. we need to know this to better understand the world we live in and how it works. this would help us in biology etc.

Yes a plant without leaves would produce oxygen. Now most of the oxygen does come from the leaves but not all of it. So there wont be as much oxygen as there is in the summer, but there will be some, because trees soak up the sunlight and carbon dioxside and release oxygen. I do not know if all of this is completly true, but this is what i believe to be true.

1. I think it would because of the leaves on the ground by the tree. The leaves might still produce a little more oxygen even when their not connected to the tree.

2. I need to know if it can or not becasue it might help in the future if I know the answer.

3. I need to know more about it becasue it might effect us in the future so we need to know the answer.

Earlier this week, Russian officials revealed to the world a secret that has been known to them for twenty years - A diamond supply that they claim is vast enough to fulfill global demand for at least, the next 3,000 years.

Discovered in the 1970's the diamond field is located inside Popigai Astroblem, a 62-mile diameter crater believed to have been created by an asteroid, 35 million years ago. The officials say that when they first discovered the trillions of carats, they did not to explore it, because they were then a member of the Soviet Union (USSR), which already had immensely profitable diamond mines and were also manufacturing synthetic diamonds. Now that Russia is an independent nation they decided it was time to begin mining and also, let the world into their shiny secret.

Unfortunately though, these are not the kind of diamonds that can be turned into swanky jewelry, but ones that are used in manufacturing. Known as impact diamonds they are the hardest known substance to man, formed when a space rock hits a graphite deposit at very high velocity. According to the Russian experts, the Popigai diamonds are extra hard because of the enormous pressure and high temperature caused when the asteroid landed in the area, millions of years ago.

In addition to that they also feature strong abrasive properties and a large grain size - all highly coveted qualities since these diamonds are largely used inside cutting and grinding tools like commercial drill bits and saws. Other uses include specialized high pressure laboratory experiments, high performance bearings and sometimes even specialized windows.

My main anwser is no but it is partly yes. This is a because the plant would produce a very small amount of oxegen but about four times less oxegen would be made if its leave would be removed. Although a dead tree would slowly put back carbon dioxide into the air and a dormat tree or "hybernating tree" would only produce a small amount of oxegen. Just enough for it the survive the fall and winter days.
I know this because as a kid I often studied the life span and life in general. This was because trees fassinated me and I often wondered how they survived the cold winter. Also how they live so many years and how they died and what happens when a tree dies and wat process they go thourgh.

No, I dont think that a leafless plant could produce oxygen... The reason is that the leaves give off the oxygen that the plant needs. Therefore, without leaves, a plant would be pretty much unable to produce oxygen!! :))
